Each part of a book has a special name which you need to be a familiar with.

Baseball

This morning we had baseball at baseball we met our coach, his name was Nick. Some of us knew him and some of us didn't. We all started listing to what we needed to do. The thing we needed to do was go into partners. My partner was Calvin. First of all we practice throwing and rolling like we do at bowling. Calvin threw the ball at me and bang!! it on my leg I started to jump around because it was very painful after that we had to get into groups and There was group 1, group 2 and group 3 group 1 and 2 was fielding and group 3 was batting after that we had to change so group 2 was batting and group 3 and group 1 was fielding.

Locating Faces


Today for maths I learnt about how many faces are on a shape. I estimated that the top shape would have 6 triangle faces and 1 hexagon face, also I estimated that the bottom shape would have 4 faces. I was right both times. I also learnt that it is not about the faces you can see because there can be some faces that you can't see.

I stared 48 and 49 and then i took away 8 from the 48 wich is 40  and then I took away 9 from the 49 wich is 80 then I adder 9+8=17 and then I adder 17 and 80 wich=97.

Anzac writing information report

ANZAC Biscuit Report

In this google doc I will be telling you some details about Anzac biscuits.

The origin of an Anzac biscuit: The Anzac biscuits were made during the first world war to send to the soldiers who were fighting.

What is an Anzac biscuit?  An Anzac biscuit is a special biscuit that has been made by the woman that stayed back from war.

Why did they make Anzac biscuits? They made the Anzac biscuits because the soldiers were usually hungry.  The biscuits needed to last a long time because they were sent by boat to the other side of the world.

Conclusion: ANZAC biscuits were made for the soldiers by people at home who were worried about them.

Most Anzac day services begin with a march of returned service personnel wearing shiny clothes of medals, and marching behind banners and standards. The veterans  march____ joined by other community groups, including members of the armed forces, the Red Cross, cadets etc.

The march continues _to___ the local war memorial, where a service takes place. This includes the laying of wreaths __from___various organisations and members of the public. Laurel __was____ used by the ancient Romans as a symbol of honour and was woven __into____ a wreath to crown victors or the brave. Rosemary is used __for___ remembrance. I am a student at panmure bridge school.I was born in New Zealand But my culture is Samoan. I have 3 friends named   Harlem,Joshua and Jericho. I like to walk with my friends going to school or go to their house. My favorite thing I like to do is play with my friends and do my home work.
My favorite sports are touch and rugby lead and I would like to talk about my hobbies and my familly.   
I always think of my family because they always treat me the same way how I treat them. my family looks after me if I get into trouble. my family keeps their eye on me so no one will come and take me. Every time I go to school my mum and dad will always say Goodby.
My family is important because they love me and they help me if I am sick.
