Narrative Structure

Toady for writing we had finished our Narrative Structure with our partner my partner was Dallas we were looking for information about the story. It was hard to find the information about the story.

Time tables warm-up

Today we used the game hit the button to help is recall our 4 x answer quickly I found it hard to answer the question so I will be practising this in my on time 

Read Theory

Toady I have been working on my read theory. The task was to read the passage and answer the questions. The passage that I read was called my family it's about her describing how much siblings are in her family and how old they are.

Dance

           

  

Today Mrs Anderson did her second dance lesson this week with group A. This week we were learning
about different Angular shapes, Curve shapes, Twisted shapes and Straight shapes. We also were learning about free flow and bound flow. Free flow is when you move your body like rubber and bound flow is when you move with all of the muscles, its basically like a robot move. After that we had to get into a pair and make three different shape, a square, a triangle and a circle. I worked collaboratively with Sanujan.

World of maths

Yesterday LS2 and LS1 went down to world of maths in the hall. World of maths is about making maths fun and learning how to problem solve. we also had to work in team to solve problems in a team. our instructor was Charles. My team had five students as seen  in the photo above. We had to figure out how to make a big square using small triangles and large triangles shape. I had a lots of fun at World of Maths.

What and where things can be recycled.

From the past few days we have been learning about reduce, reuse, and recycled, and today my partner Sanujan and I had completed this task. Our task was to create a DLO (Digital Learning Object) on things that we can recycle and also where things can be recycled in our local community.

How I can prevent organic food waste form getting into land fills

In the past couple of weeks we have started a DLO on how we can prevent food waste from getting into land fills. In this DLO we had to find a few things on how he could prevent food waste from getting into the landfills.

Read Theroy

Toady I have been working on my read theory. The task was to read the passage ans answer the questions. The passage that I read was called it is about. Anna and Henry play the book is about Anna the girl and henry the cat they are playing with a toy when henry starts to bite the toy Anna puts the toy on a high shelf henry still wants to play with it but Anna says no henry starts to climb the shelf the shelf broke and the toy fell off and broke Anna got angry.

Dance

Toady we did dance with Miss Anderson it was her first time ever teaching dance we learning about warm ups. A warm up is a little exercise that stretches your muscles so your blood cells can flow though you.

We had to find different warm up moves. I really liked doing the jumping jacks because it is one of the simplest and easiest moves.

Next time I need to practice my burpees because I never really do push ups.

Something I have read or watched that is like this is...	Something I know about that is like this is...	My reaction to this story is...
Something that we have read which is similar to this is called the Red Poppy and also Charge of the Light Brigade. We think that these are same because they both include bombs, people getting hurt and also of people dying	North Korea and USA are getting nuclear weapons especially bombs.	We really enjoyed listening to this story and we also feel so sad for the main character's death. We would love to hear more of these stories.

Speech Bubbles

This is a poster on the different variety of speech bubbles. I have worked with 

Sanujan and Eric. In this poster we had included four different speech bubbles, and they are called speech bubble, the thought bubble, the callout bubble and the speech bubble with a music note in it.

Current Events Ivory

People are hunting down elephants for their tusks, and the tusks are made into ivory ornaments and people have been selling these ivory for a lots of money.  The Chinese government has deicide to ban this.
In this poster we had to answer the 5 W's and the H and a few more. Before we answered my partners had read some articles which are linked in the 5 sources at the top.

Personification

Miki and I worked together to give the days of the week human qualities. This is called personification. Personification is when you use words to give things without a heartbeat a life.
