HIIT Training
Today we did HITT (High Intense Interval Training) this training program is based on increasing our heart rate by Pau te hau which means getting puffed. The 4 rotations we did are sit ups, star jumps, high knees and tap steps. For these rotations we did the 4 sets of each. We also had 30 seconds to do them. We got an extra 10 seconds for a little brake to regain our energy.
