Dance

Toady we did dance with Miss Anderson it was her first time ever teaching dance we learning about warm ups. A warm up is a little exercise that stretches your muscles so your blood cells can flow though you.

We had to find different warm up moves. I really liked doing the jumping jacks because it is one of the simplest and easiest moves.

Next time I need to practice my burpees because I never really do push ups.
